Alignement

Sélectionnez à gauche le protocole align axis.

Celui-ci prendra :

  • une particule cylindrique qui doit être alignée

  • et (optionnellement) les particules associées à faire pivoter en conséquence

Sélectionnez les sorties du protocole de reconstruction ab initio précédent.

Once the protocol is executed, vizualize the aligned_volume output. You should the cylindre of the centriole from the top.

Note

If the alignement does not work, set the Expert Level to Advanced to change the threshold.
